Uccidere donne a coltellate sembra diventato un rituale che, anche nella zona
del nord Italia dove abito, si ripete con inquietante regolarità.
Riflettendo su come una donna venga relegata al ruolo di oggetto che si può
eliminare quando non corrisponde alle aspettative, nel 2015, anche in paesi che
non sembrano essere particolarmente infausti per nascere donna , ho dipinto un cartone con inchiostro e gouache, dove ,oltre alla firma, ho scritto il titolo.
Lo faccio raramente, ma questa volta ho dipinto pensando ai sogni spezzati.
Dietro il volto di una donna non c'è il volto di una bambola, anche se, evidentemente, ancora troppo spesso siamo considerate come oggetti che il padrone può eliminare.
